What is Covered: Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear and tear conditions. This includes but is not limited to stitching issues, fabric tears, and defective zippers or buttons. If you experience a defect in your product, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
What is Not Covered:
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care (including, but not limited to, spills, stains, excessive stretching, or damage due to washing/drying).
Wear and tear from prolonged use, including fading, pilling, and fabric stretching.
Items that have been altered, modified, or repaired by a third party.
Warranty Period: Our warranty lasts for 1 month from the date of purchase.
How to Make a Claim: If you believe your product is covered by our warranty, please contact our customer service team at admin@rallycoaches.com with the following information:
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
A description of the defect or issue.
Photos of the defect (if applicable).
Once we receive your claim, we will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps for either a replacement, repair, or refund.
Limitations: Our warranty is provided as an exclusive remedy, and we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The warranty cannot be transferred, and it applies only to the original purchaser.
